Prices and VAT

All prices are sale prices in Swiss francs. Some watches are listed as "price on request".

Regularly taxed watches: the price includes Swiss VAT at the rate shown for the watch. Offers and invoices show the VAT separately.

For collector's items that qualify, the margin scheme under Art. 24a of the Swiss VAT Act may apply. VAT is then not shown separately. Business customers cannot deduct input tax from the price.

The price shown is the sale price of the watch in Swiss francs, including Swiss VAT or under the margin scheme. Shipping and insurance are added and are taxed in the same way as the watch. Their amount depends on the destination, the courier and the value of the watch. We state them in the offer before you buy. Without a written offer, the price shown applies plus the shipping and insurance costs quoted in advance.

For a proven export, we charge the watch and the shipping without Swiss VAT, also under the margin scheme. We state the export price in the offer. What counts is the proof of export, not the delivery address alone. Import duties and taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer.

The binding price is the one in the offer or invoice.
